Grand Hotel Restaurant

The restaurant of the Grand Hotel is located on the first floor of the hotel building and offers a beautiful view of the entire panorama of the square of Čáslav. Access to the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with the help of a lift.

The restaurant offers a total capacity of 110 seats including 2 lounges. The large lounge is a separate area of the restaurant with a capacity of up to 40 seats with the option of using a large screen for your projection. It is often used for corporate meetings, school reunions, family gatherings, weddings, or memorials. The small lounge in the opposite part of the restaurant is separated by a curtain and offers space for 10 people.

The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On Sundays, only for breakfast.

In the restaurant, you can pay by cash, card, and meal vouchers, including electronic ones (Benefity a.s., Sodexo/Pluxee, Benefit Plus, Up ČR, and Edenred CZ).

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the restaurant, and a no smoking policy applies, including electronic cigarettes.

A rich breakfast is served on weekdays from 7 am to 10 am, and on weekends and holidays from 8 am to 11 am. Available:

• hot drinks and juices
• hot buffet with eggs, sausages, and bacon
• a selection of savoury and sweet pastries
• fruit and vegetables
• yoghurt, muesli, and porridge

Breakfast is included for hotel guests. The price of breakfast for non-accommodated guests is 220 CZK per person.

On weekdays between 10 am and 2 pm, we serve ready and minute dishes from our weekly menu in the restaurant.

Meal delivery is also available at this time.

From Monday to Thursday between 2 pm and 6 pm we do not cook, but we are open and serve drinks, desserts, and products from the Grand Shop. On Fridays and Saturdays, the kitchen is open without a break.

On Saturdays, we serve food from a special minute menu at lunchtime.

Dinner is served from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 2:00 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Our menu includes several starters, soup, and a selection of main courses, including meatless options. A selection of fresh desserts is also available daily.

On tap, we have Pilsner Urquell, Chotěboř, Budvar non-alcoholic beer, and Kofola. We will be happy to help you with a selection of Czech and foreign wines, homemade lemonades, hot and cold drinks, and spirits.

There are two separate lounges in the restaurant.

The small lounge is located on the right side of the restaurant, designed for up to 10 people, and is separated from the restaurant by a curtain.

The large lounge is located on the left side of the restaurant and is a separate room divided by a door. The lounge can accommodate up to 20 people in a meeting arrangement or up to 40 people in a restaurant arrangement. A large screen is also available in the lounge.

In the main part of the restaurant, there is a kid´s corner with toys for your little ones.

Coloring pages with drawing supplies are also available.

We will be happy to prepare a half portion of food for your children.
